Rejuvx

Rejuvx was formulated in 1999 by founder Edward Horton Bsc for treating hair loss and fine or thinning hair.
After spending many years studying the most commonly used ingredients in hair products, he was amazed to discover that the sodium lauryl sulphate, used in almost all shampoos, was in fact a scalp irritant which can cause a myriad of hair and scalp problems. More worrying again was the fact that many of the most commonly used ingredients in today’s hair-care products can actually contribute to problems with fine or thinning hair and sensitive scalps. Most of the market leading brands of hair products have the incorrect PH for healthy hair, this, together with environmental factors is responsible for the epidemic of hair and scalp problems we suffer from today.
Armed with over 25 years experience in hairdressing and a wealth of hair-care knowledge, Edward Horton set about developing the Rejuvx system, based on 5 key features for fine or thinning hair:

· That a cleanser should be formulated with an aloe vera gel base to soothe and protect, not water (aqua) as used to pad out almost all other shampoos (check the first ingredient in the one you are using). Also, the cleanser should only contain, gentle, coconut derived sodium lauryth sulphate that will not irritate the scalp skin..
· The ability to neutralise Dihydro-testosterone, widely accepted as the number 1 cause of fine and thinning hair in both men and women.
·  The system should dramatically increase microcirculation in the scalp and increase nutritional uptake by the hair follicle using an unprecedented complex of herbs and natural extracts, leading to the growth of thicker fuller hair, stopping unnecessary hair loss.
· Controversially, not to use any colouring or fragrance that could compromise the botanical formulation, smell and appearance being the very reason some people buy a hair-care product.
· Finally, that formulations should be developed that can be used as a defence for the hair and scalp through any chemical process, and also to repair permanently, the damage caused by inferior products.

Edward Horton, in his constant strive for perfection, continues to develop the system that we now proudly call The Rejuvx system.
